Beauty Post!

Eyeliner: George at Asda - Eyebrow Pencil: Rimmel London

I love this eyeliner! It is from the own brand make up range at Asda and is nice and cheap but still looks amazing. The kohl eyeliners tend to hurt my eyes however this one is a soft tip eyeliner that is gentle to the eyes and is easy to apply.

I have only ever used this type of eyebrow pencil before as I don't use it on a daily basis. This one is from the Rimmel London collection and is really nice to use. They have a wide range of shades to suit everyone and last for quite a long time. I have had this one for about 9 months so will shortly be getting a new one.

Mascara: Make Up Academy at Superdrug

I was recently introduced to MUA products by my sister and think they are amazing and superb value for money. For those on a tight budget you can get a whole new make up bag for less than £10. This particular mascara I have only just purchased but it is fab for curling your eyelashes.

Rimmel London 'Match Perfection' Foundation

Previously I had been using the 'wake me up' foundation from Rimmel but decided to try something new. Although that foundation was good I wanted to try something different as my skin gets used it. I went for Rimmel again but this time opted for the 'Match Perfection' foundation. I have been using this for a few weeks now and it is brilliant! It matches my skin tone perfectly and is great value for money (£7)

Blusher: Make Up Academy at Superdrug

Again MUA products are awesome if you are on a low budget or want to experiment without spending a fortune. I don't wear blusher all the time so this one was perfect for me. Again there are many different shades for people with all skin types.

Lipstick: Kate Moss Collection 01

I have always thought that I don't suit red lipstick. However, I have been stealing my sisters and it turns out it doesn't look that bad. I have another lipstick from the Kate Moss collection and I love it. It doesn't make your lips dry and it stays on all day. There are loads of shades to choose from and eventually I will have them all!!!!

Hairdresser Clips: Bodycare

I went to the hairdressers a few weeks ago and she told me that my hair was slightly broken. :(
I had been ill a few months before and she explained that sometimes your hair can take a while to recover and that it just needed to extra TLC. Therefore I went out and bought the new shampoo and conditioner from the Herbal Essences range that strengthens your hair. I have been using it for about 2-3 weeks and I can already see a difference.
The hairdresser also advised me to use a scrunchie or a clip (above) if I want to put my hair up instead of using a normal elastic or thin hair tie. These clips were £1.50 from bodycare for a pack of 6.

A stroll in the park

Blazer: H&M - Shirt: F&F at Tesco - Jeans: H&M - Shoes: H&M - Necklace: New Look

Bag: New Look

Today it wasn't raining so me and my sister decided to go to our local park. It has some really pretty scenery which is ideal for taking pictures.

The lipstick that I am wearing here is from the Kate Moss range. I adore this range of lipstick as it doesn't make your lips really dry. I will be doing a special post about the make up I wear tomorrow.

I also found out that I can edit my photos so I have had a play with these ones. Please tell me if you think it is too much or if they don't look right. Any comments good or bad would be appreciated. Thank you!

You are my sunshine, my only sunshine!

Me and my sister Amy (Dolly Daydream)

Me and my sister

So the other day we actually saw some sunshine!!! Naturally the shorts went on and the ice cubes came out. Me and my sister decided to sit in our garden and listen to Radio 1 live in Derry Londonderry whilst we had our lunch. We also decided to take our cat out for a bit (she is an indoor cat so she loves her little adventures outside). She is a bit of a wimp as she gets spooked by loud noises but she just lay in the sun and enjoyed it.

My sister and I also tried to freeze vodka ice cubes...however we didn't know that vodka doesn't really freeze so they just turned to mush!

Hopefully we will be seeing some more sunny days soon!

1940's Weekend!

Ramsbottom Train Station

Shirt - Charity Shop, Skirt - Topshop, Shoes - H&M, Bag - New Look

Cross Bracelet - Topshop, Watch - Next

Sorry I haven't posted on here for a while...I have been busy doing a university project and haven't been up to much. However I came home from uni for a bit and went to a 1940's vintage and war fair in Ramsbottom near where I live. It was amazing because everyone dressed up and there were lots of stalls and cars you could look at.

As an added bonus...IT WAS SUNNY!!!!! Living in England you know not to expect much sun but we have had hardly any this year! Lets hope the sun continues to shine!

                    Blouse: Vintage Fair  Jeans: H&M

Today I woke up and it was sunny!!!! The sky was blue and the sun was shining so I decided to go with this lovely floral blouse I bought from a vintage fair in Ramsbottom near where I live. It is incredibly comfortable and goes with jeans and shorts! I'm going down to my dads next week so hopefully will have plenty of pictures to upload! Enjoy the sun!

My trip to Liverpool!

Shirt: Republic   Blazer: H&M
This picture was taken in Topshop in Liverpool! I really like hats but hardly wear them because I think I look silly.

This is a sculpture of Billy Fury who was one of the most famous stars of British Rock and Roll.

I love old fashioned building that seem to tell a thousand stories just by standing there. I think this one is amazingly beautiful.

Shirt: Republic  Blazer: H&M  Jeans: Topshop  Ballet pumps: H&M  Bag: Mantaray at Debenhams

Being England, and being near the river meant that it was incredibly windy and this was the best picture I could get.

View from the bridge across the river looking into Liverpool dock.

I found these signs on doors in the Liverpool Museum. There were quite a few of them but these were my favourites.

Oh No!

Jumper: Primark  Trousers: Topshop

I hadn't planned to go out today so I decided to dress for comfort as I have a lot of work to do. These trousers are really comfy and are amazing to look at! I didn't want to go overboard with a patterned top as well so I opted for a plain black jumper. Unfortunately, there aren't many amazing places to take pictures in my house at university so the light switch and the door have also made an appearance. Hopefully next time the weather will be better and I can venture out! :)
